There comes a point in life when we say enough is enough. I have been in pain for 3.5 years. Doctors just can’t figure out what’s going on.

I’m tired of waiting on on these test, meds, medical procedures. USA is suppose to be very highly educated in health. Wrong answer.

Each person not a statistic and should not be clumped into the masses. For 2 months now I’m trying out different foods.

It’s not just the food it’s also how you prepare, when you eat at what time ect. Example, I’m over 50 years old, of course my metabolism runs low. Throw in some menopause, chronic fatigue, osteoporosis, hyperthyroidism sometimes hypothyroidism, so having no appetite in the am and get nausea when I eat breakfast.

My day starts at 2 or 3 am, has been for many years. In the summer I start work at 4:30 am. Landscaping for 27 years, because women need bone strengthening and free exercise. It takes 4 hours to mentally wake up. Eating is just not on the list to do.

Doing research and making my own list of foods from MCAD and low histamine intolerance, plus I’m vegan.

There are 3 levels of vegan. Depending on your dosha as to how may times a day you eat and what types of foods you eat.

Vegan comes from the 4 vedas in Ayurvedic. Predominantly I’m pitta, secondary I’m vatta. Pitta only eats 2 times a day.

As I progress through making my list of foods, I will post a small list.

I was in training in 2013 for competitions.  I have taken a break to paint.  When all the characters are finished painting I will get back into training for competitions.

Competitions are only to promote my books.  Training is hard.  I was up to 600 crunches a day 4 days a week and jogging the bleachers up 25 times and down 25 times, at the local high schools, 4 days a week for 4 months.  I went from 159 pounds to 114 pounds, just never could make that 113 pounds, which is my ideal weight at 5′ 2″ tall.  Solid mass is my objective and it does not matter one’s age.

You have to be tough and the desire to win.  The competitions – vegan body building belly dancing. I now have 5 gauges in each ear and each side of my nose is pierced.  The nath is the chains a woman wears on her face when belly dancing.  I will take 3 years to complete all the paintings.  I now have 1 1/2 years to finish.

Vegan bodybuilding you eat 8 times a day.  There are certain foods in a vegan diet as opposed to Vegetarian.  Vegetarian eat animal by products, such as milk, eggs, fish, etc.  Vegan is only plant based foods.  Since I cook with herbs it changes the texture and the taste, and I have been told by many I should open a restaurant 🙂

Sometimes I feel as though life is being sucked out of me.

It happens to many when living in a face paced society.  There are times when we have to take a step back and see what we are doing to our own selves.

As a human species we must take time for self, because no one will give this to us.  We are in charge of our own health in mind/body/emotion.

In my mid 20’s to middle 40’s I started making a list of foods.  Kind of like meal planning and the way it was prepared.  I took 4 different type of nutritional plans and tried each one for 5 years. Then I combined them into one nutritional list of just vegan foods.  Plus keeping a record of how much I ate.  It is not the calories it is the weight of the food that determines if you will gain weight.  The size of your fist is the size of meat per meal you eat, etc.  A meal is always 2/3 veggies and 1/3 everything else.

When my son was in preschool, it was a government program like daycare while I was in college. Part of the program was, a nurse came to our house every 6 months and asked questions of what and how meals were prepared.  She had these cute little plastic foods and would ask my son which he liked better, etc.  We got paid $20.00 every time she came to our house.  They were doing studies of how much salt intake people used in their foods.  The study was to help the elderly.  Plus my son, from age 3-5 years old was becoming proficient on computers, because that was part of the program.

Over the years I find that certain times of the year and what I consume in nutrition has a major impact on energy level.  You really have to pay attention when you have thyroid disease.

Basically a hard-core cleansing is done 1 x’s a year.  A light cleansing is done 4 x’s a year (quarterly).  When cleansing remember the restroom is your best friend for 2 days or 48 hours.  You must relax, listen to music, read a book, or what ever helps you to relax.  Your body works very hard 24 hours a day.  It is your job to be good to it, because it is like a temple.

I read to learn and part of that learning comes from research.  For example – 3 main religions worldwide, I studied world religions for 10 years in my 40’s.  According to the 3 main religions they do not eat pork.

Vegetarian eats animal by products and vegans do not eat animal by products.  When I eat anything not vegan I feel sick, so there must be something to the holy scriptures when it comes to food.

The results of hard-core cleansing – I only had 36 hours instead of the full 48 hours and only lost 6 pounds.   It’s basically a mixture of teas and home-made juices of fruits and veggies.

It’s 3:30 am – Let’s get this party started!!!
The alarm goes off @ 3:30 am. Had to change my time for waking up, because my job time changes when the season changes. The alarm is set to music, dance music – Pulse 107.
Stretch before getting out of bed. Hear the music pumping in the back ground. The energy is flowing, beats are popping, and you get up and start dancing. To get the blood flowing.

Then start the day off with homemade fruit juice –
Blend 4 apples, 6 bananas, 1 honey dew melon, 1 cantaloupe, 1 box of strawberries, ½ bag of grapes, 4 grapefruits, 6 oranges, and 6 tomatoes. Fill the blender ½ full with chopped fruits and ½ water. Blend and keep pulp. If you want thinner add more water. Makes 2 + gallons of juice.
Drink one 8 ounce cup of fruit juice and 1 cup of 100% unsweetened grape juice with supplements.
Supplements – Vitamin D3 1000 I.U., Paba 1000 mg, Vitamin C 4500mg, Super B-Complex 1 tablet, Calcium 1800 mg, Vitamin E 2000 I.U., Multi Vitamin/Multimineral Supplement Women 50+, and 2 Glucosamine Chondroitin soft chew.

I was on Synthroid as a thyroid replacement medication for 14 years. But it is synthetic. The thyroid controls going to the restroom, eating, sleeping, and moods. The thyroid is the 5th chakra, auric color blue, 16 vortices, bronchial and vocal apparatus, lungs, alimentary canal. The heart chakra is the bridge between the lower self and the higher self. The higher self is the path to the divine. Did my own research for a natural thyroid replacement medication and now I take Armour 90 mg. I have been taking Armour for 15 months now and I feel like I am in my 20’s again. I feel like Synthroid stole 14 years of my life from me and now I have it back 😉 my energy is booming. It is long over due 🙂

Hit the gym 4:30 am 4 days a week. Do 600 crunches with 40 pounds weights. Plus leg workout 2 days a week and upper body workouts 2 days a week. Jog bleachers 2 times a week 24 to 26 laps. Total 6 days of work out. After the gym, work 40 hours a week landscaping and busy season work 16 – 29 hours a week with second job.

Vegan body building must eat 8 times a day. First meal – 1 cup of fruit juice and 1 cup of grape juice.
After the gym 1 protein bar, 2 hours later 2.5 ounces of mixed nuts mixed with shaved coconut, 2 hours later 2 vegan wontons, 2 hours later vegan lumpia or vegan wrap, 2 hours later 2.5 ounces of mixed nuts with shaved coconut, 2 hours later 1 protein bar, 2 hours later dinner. 2 hours later if you so choose 1 cup of yogurt and 2 rice cakes with natural peanut butter. Sometime during the day the second 8 ounce glass of 100% unsweetened grape juice.
After first job and starting second job second protein bar. Only 13 hour work days for me 🙂
Vegan fill for wontons or lumpia or spinach wraps. This is just one receipt of many.
Firm or extra Firm tofu sautéed with peanut oil, peanut sauce, and coconut oil, add turmeric, cumin, coriander, lemon peel, ginger, seaweed, 1/8 cup of sesame seeds mixed with chi seeds, 1 heaping teaspoon of chopped garlic, ¼ cup of wheat germ and golden flax seed mix, 1/8 cup of apple cider vinegar, and ½ cup of water. Add 15 – 20 bean soup to mix. Sauté 15 – 20 minutes, then fill wonton wrappers with heaping teaspoon mixture, wrap like an envelope, and seal the tip with water. Lumpia fill wrap with 1 tablespoon of mix. Lumpia are Pilipino – long and skinny wraps and egg rolls are Chinese – short and fat wraps.
Grease with coconut oil on foiled baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool. Wrap 2 wontons at a time in foil then put in freezer. Make enough for 3 weeks of lunches, same for lumpia.

Fill spinach wrap with cooked mix and 6 small fully cooked and cubed potatoes, mix together. Wrap in foil and put in freezer. Make enough lunches for 3 weeks. Break up cooking day into 2 or 3 days. Prep mix and cook it and put in refrigerator. Next day wrap it and freeze it.

Nut mixture comes with raisins, cran-raisins, sun flower seeds, almonds, and cashews. The mixture comes in bulk at Sprouts. I also add walnuts to the mix – calcium for bones. 4 pounds of nut mix and 2 pounds of walnuts mix together.

When you work hard and play hard you have to relax hard. Relaxing hard is relaxing deep. Releasing human wants and desires just for an hour 1 x a week. Everyone has their own favorites on how they want to relax. To relax is to clean out the mind. We must cleanse the body and we must cleanse the mind. The body only follows what the mind tells it to.

For me it is a mini spa for me. Doing it home style is just that – activating the 5 senses for a deep relaxation. While giving your-self self-care is self-love, which creates karmic credit. Taking the time for you is what you deserve. While giving your-self a mini spa 1 very important activation to bring serenity is through music. I listen to a variety of music on soundcloud. 1. Steam face with hot water that contains your herb. Drape towel over head so that it covers the pot. Steaming your face opens pores & your skin receives aromatherapy – Steam for 15 minutes.
2. Pat dry then wash face with Clean & Clear essentials foaming facial cleanser using the Pro X scrubber by Olay.
3. Apply a mud pack or facial peel. Let sit at least 15 minutes while soaking in the tub.
Bath – 1 small mesh ball filled with the herb for your own zodiac sign.
Fill bath with Epson salt, sea salt, 3 small scoops of coconut milk, baby oil and soak for 30 minutes. Hang the mesh ball on the spout so when the water runs in the bath it will release the aromas.

Everything I post is made with love. I appreciate in each and every way all the energies in the love wave. The love wave is in the in and of infinity. In infinity is in the moment in the emotion in being human 3d third dimension the physical plane and the land of the archetype of negative side of self. Each zodic sign is brought to earth to learn the lessons of love in higher consciousness. Each zodiac sign is born with soul blockages which are karmic debt.

Of infinity is above infinity which is consciousness of higher self, which is 4d fourth dimension and beyond. Learn to love your hates in order to receive more of the loves you want. Change your rhythmic vibrational frequency and your energy will change your world and you will collect karmic credit.
Karmic credit is when you love yourself the world will love you in this life time and future life times.

You have the power to change anything you want in life. If you believe you are your disease then you will become your disease. Doctors have told me that since I have no more thyroid I now have menopause, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, osteopenia, and hypothyroidism. Perception is perceiving one’s own truth. I know for a fact I do not have time to listen to what others perceive that I am or may be. That is merely their opinion. I have way too much to do in life.

Disease is only a dis-ease of the mind/body/emotion. Simply through finding your archetype (negative side of self) and letting it come out to play. You are the one in control and you are the parent that gives direction to where that rhythmic vibrational frequency goes.

Vegan Energy

Every day holds possibilities for changes in all realms of life.

I am Vegan. Have been for many years. Below is a sample of foods. Vegan comes from Vedic which is Hindu. Vegan is a lifestyle, not just the food you eat. Lifestyles stimulate from thoughts. Thoughts produce energy. Which produces action. Actions speak louder than words. Food is only a small portion that coincides with nutrition. Holistic nutrition is the nutrition that self (a person) puts into the mind/body/emotion.

It is more than what you consume in nutrition. It is how you consume nutrition. It is being mindful that something has given its life for you in order for you to consume it. To fill yourself with food is simply to fill the vehicle, the vessel we call a human body. Is what all humans are programmed from the beginning of life on earth, 3D third dimension to believe.

To live on the surface level of life is to be superficial. To be superficial is to live without depths. The depth of self brings self into a high consciousness.

Keep in mind that you are one energy. The person that wraps the food that you buy at the store is one energy. The person that kills the food that you eat is another energy. That animal that gave its life – the emotional state it was in when it died, that is another energy. Also, if someone else prepares your food for you, that is another energy. Combined all those energies and put them on the plate that you are about to eat, called food. That food contains more energy which you can not see with the human eye. However, your higher senses within your higher consciousness is aware of all that energy. The human is the only one that is unaware of all that energy.

The soul is the teacher to the spirit that is the student. The spirit is the teacher to the human that is the student. Your spirit speaks to you constantly, it is only if you pay attention will you know, before you eat anything, if is what you were meant to eat for substance or for ego. The choice is yours and yours alone. You are the only one that can decide with what you fill your vessel with. The body is sacred, be good to it and it will be good to you.

In 4 1/2 months I lost 41 lbs by being vegan and cleansing. Then basic workouts at home. While jogging laps on the bleacher. Last one was 26 laps. It is being persist, determination, and to be a better person then I was the day before.

It is basic common sense you must eat right and workout, they go hand in hand. One without the other will only give you 1/2 of what you want.

I shop where it is convenient and economical for me. I shop the local farmers market, cause they have great bargains. Also, the 99 cent stores have fresh produce that comes in every week. Sprouts has the nut mix I like contains – almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds, raisins, cran-raisins, and cashews mixed in the bin, plus I get the walnuts separate. Mix the all the nuts together. I eat 5 ounces of nuts everyday. All the veggies I buy in bulk and use the food processor to chop it up then put in freezer bags and pop it in the freezer. Shop 1 time a month only because there is way too many other things to do in life than live at the store.

Vegan is a lifestyle just like any other lifestyle and you have to learn how to have fun doing it. I make my own vegan won-tons and vegan lumpia simply because I like finger foods. I’m always on the go with 2 jobs, working out, and constantly researching for my 3rd book. I am constantly making new receipts so that I can have fun with my food. I use coconut oil when I cook or bake.

When first starting any nutritional plan the tools you will need. Food scale, food processor, small chopper, and a blender. I have a Mr. juicer, but I like easy clean up, so I just use my blender.

Keeping a journal is very important of what you eat. For the first month or two just write everything down. It’s kind of like money is like water unless you balance your check book. Same concept when it comes to food. You will never really realize how much food you consume unless you make a list.

I’m not really into at this point in time worried about calories and such, because I have been researching & building my own nutritional plan for 30 years. When the time is write I will have all that information in my next book. For now I’m training to be a vegan body builder belly dancer. I did aerobics for years. But after awhile when you don’t change it up the routine it gets boring. I find that belly dancing is a fun exercise. Since I am a landscaper (gang mower – 11 blades and 4 wheel drive) is a lot of physical labor working with heavy equipment and enjoy my job very much. It is free exercise. Actually I love my job. Learn to love your hates and you will receive more of the loves you want. It is the freedom is loving what you do will bring you much joy in life.

The whole point of being a Metaphysican is for my 3rd career when I retire and working on cruise ships. Having Metaphysical workshops world wide. Back to the point 🙂

Vegan is no animal by products what so ever. When I cook beans, I cook about 15 to 20 different types of beans in one pot. Add 1/4 cup mix of wheatgerm and golden flax seed. Add 1/8 cup of apple cider vinegar. Add sesame and chi seeds.

I’m still trying to figure out how to post the list of vegan foods. When time permits I will.

Everyday is an adventure and loving life is an experience in order to create love. I love being single. I have learned to love all the experiences that have crossed my path whether good or bad, because it simply is an experience to grow from. Well I signed up for the gym today. Time to start toning and building up.

Waking up everyday at 4 am to the radio station 107 the pulse. They play electronic and house mix. I sleep with ear plugs, because I am a light sleeper. But when that music goes off it just puts me in the mood to start working out and dancing. I turn on the lights and grab my yoga mat and just start working out to the beat. Before you know it an hour has just slipped by, life is good. I work out 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours before work. Put in an 8 hour a day job then go home work out another hour, hit the shower & eat then cook, write, read and research till bed. I got rid of 95% of material possessions about 5 years ago and yep that includes the tv. There is way too much life to live then sitting in front of a box. When I am 90 years old I will say I did this and that instead of saying I wished I would have done this or that.

Physical Nutrition List

In 2012 I published my first book – The Universe Is Calling You.

In 2013 I received my PhD.  In 2013 I published my second book – The Infinity of Infinity of Infinite Self.

In 2014 I will be starting heavy training.  To be a vegan body builder belly dancer.

Part of holistic nutrition is the nutrition we put into our human bodies.   I have been vegan on and off for many years.  I balance between vegetarian and vegan.  I have compiled a list of vegan foods.  Vegan foods are whole based plant foods.  They have not been chemical compounded into a form that is not meant to be consumed by human consumption.  Humans do not have the acids in the stomach to process certain foods, as other animals do.  SAD – Season Affect Disorder also pertains to food.  SAD foods when consumed by a person that is sad will affect the chemical compounds in the human body, and the person will become more sad.

A nutritional balanced diet is processed through the entire human being.  Nutrition affects the mental body, the physical body, and the emotional body.  It is extremely important the nutrition that we consume as a human species that can ensure our survival in the future.  Our nutrition in present time is teaching future youth what proper care we give to our own selves.  To teach our future youth that nutrition can be fun is when we our selves learn that food can be fun.

Everything in life starts with awareness.  I learned many years ago, how to pay attention to the foods I consumed, as to how I felt after eating.  Since then I have been working my way towards all vegan foods that I consume.  I now find that if a food is not whole based plant food, my body will get physically sick.  It can no longer tolerate processed foods.

Being vegan and working out will give a person a natural high, simply because your body is saying thank you for treating me right.  There are many that say that it cost too much.  But not really when you factor in the high medical bills a person will have to pay for later, simply because they believed their own health was not important.  Medical cost are on the rise and it is important to take control of your own health.

Any thing in life that is rushed will only mess up.  I have worked with nutrition for about 30 years now.  Went from a junk food junky, to regular food, to vegetarian, to vegan, to raw vegan.  My Vedic body type needs warm food.  That means I can not be a raw vegan.

Vegan comes from Vedic.  It is a life style.  Vedic comes from Hindu.  I have lived a Vedic lifestyle for over 10 years.  It comes from being and doing.  Being human and acting human.  Begin human comes from meditation.   Thoughts turn into an emotion.  An emotion attaches to an emotional blockage.  An emotional blockage creates a dis-ease in mind, body, and emotion. That disease is an energy that takes on a life of its own, simply because it is control, instead of you being in control of you.  That energy is now creating karmic debt.  Thoughts have more power than most humans realize the energy that they create.  Being is an Eastern mind-set.  Doing is a Western mind-set.  Always creating action through doing more will speed up chi.  Chi is Chinese for energy.

Every one is born with a certain amount of Chi.  When chi is used up to quickly, is when an unbalance occurs.  An unbalance is the beginning of the energy of dis-ease.  The human species needs to balance self through doing and being.

Doing is being mindful through the holistic nutrition that one puts into ones own self.  Part of holistic nutrition is a lifestyle.  The thoughts, the nutrition that you consume, and what level you love yourself.

I compiled a list of vegan foods.  These are world foods.  I will post the list in the future.  I am in the process of making a list of herbs.  Herbs for natural medicine.  It must always be natural or it does not exist to me.  Then I will combine a list of vegan foods with herbs for receipts is the third step I will be working on while training.  This is a process that will take a few years.  As usual I am in no hurry.  When finished it may just be my 3rd book.

Remember, be good to your self, love your self, and love will be returned to you in many ways.
