Sometimes I feel as though life is being sucked out of me.
It happens to many when living in a face paced society. There are times when we have to take a step back and see what we are doing to our own selves.
As a human species we must take time for self, because no one will give this to us. We are in charge of our own health in mind/body/emotion.
In my mid 20’s to middle 40’s I started making a list of foods. Kind of like meal planning and the way it was prepared. I took 4 different type of nutritional plans and tried each one for 5 years. Then I combined them into one nutritional list of just vegan foods. Plus keeping a record of how much I ate. It is not the calories it is the weight of the food that determines if you will gain weight. The size of your fist is the size of meat per meal you eat, etc. A meal is always 2/3 veggies and 1/3 everything else.
When my son was in preschool, it was a government program like daycare while I was in college. Part of the program was, a nurse came to our house every 6 months and asked questions of what and how meals were prepared. She had these cute little plastic foods and would ask my son which he liked better, etc. We got paid $20.00 every time she came to our house. They were doing studies of how much salt intake people used in their foods. The study was to help the elderly. Plus my son, from age 3-5 years old was becoming proficient on computers, because that was part of the program.
Over the years I find that certain times of the year and what I consume in nutrition has a major impact on energy level. You really have to pay attention when you have thyroid disease.
Basically a hard-core cleansing is done 1 x’s a year. A light cleansing is done 4 x’s a year (quarterly). When cleansing remember the restroom is your best friend for 2 days or 48 hours. You must relax, listen to music, read a book, or what ever helps you to relax. Your body works very hard 24 hours a day. It is your job to be good to it, because it is like a temple.
I read to learn and part of that learning comes from research. For example – 3 main religions worldwide, I studied world religions for 10 years in my 40’s. According to the 3 main religions they do not eat pork.
The season change every 3 months (quarterly) 4 x’s a year. There are 4 quadrants of personality in the 4 bodies of being. The number 4 in western numerology = labor. Work is hard, but we get out of it what we put into it. Don’t you just love karma hahaha!!
The first time I did a hard core cleansing I lose 20 pounds in 1 weekend and that was about 20 years ago. I did it a second time about 3 years ago and lost only 9 pounds in 1 weekend. The cool thing about studying world nutrition for the past 30 years, it makes it super easy to know what works and what does not.
This time I will do the hard core cleansing with liquids only.
A must in any kitchen is – hand blender, small chopper, blender, food processor, and a juicer. Nothing fancy just tools to get the job done. Keepn my pennies, cause I work to hard for them.
When I finish I basically have 4 gallons of liquid. Have to consume 8 to 16 ounces every 2 hours, during waking hours. For me that could be up to 22 hours a day.
When finished I will give results, but the receipts go into the singing cookbook.
Cleansing in 3D 3rd dimension happens 4 x’s a year same as mother nature sheds unwanted.
Today I had to clean out the spice shelf. Made a pot of home-made beans and a new receipt.
I never cook the same thing twice. Variety is the spice of life 🙂
Vegan Brown Rice Receipt.
2 cups of brown rice sauteed on medium heat in olive oil. Sauteed until golden brown.
When golden brown add 3 cups of water. Set aside.
In a sauce pan add 1 cup of water, 2 sheets of roosted sea weed, 1/2 cup of vegan sausage. With pinches of powered ginger, turmeric, menudo mix, sweet curry, dried cilantro, let simmer till thick on medium heat, stir, cover.
In rice pan add wheat germ and golden flax seed mix, apple-cider vinegar (1 tablespoon per person, per meal), 2 tablespoons of peanut oil, 2 cups of shredded cauliflower. When sauce pan with sea weed and sausage mix is thick pour into rice pan mixture.
Stir all together. Cooks between 20 to 30 minutes on medium heat, cover.
Stir mixture a couple of times till done. Rice will be plump and soft.
In a bowl add vegan rice mixture and home-made beans. Mix and enjoy.
When I cook I enjoy listening to music. Music brings energy which then gives love to food.
In a particular moment in time we may wish things to be different then they are. These moments we would like to change. The change is called personal growth. Personal growth is the hardest thing to learn in life.
Once a person gets stuck in a rut of the same way of thinking, the world does not change only that person changes. They become hard. They do not like this, or that. This is straight up, keeping it real, negative way of viewing. The harder someone becomes the more they grow less in love. That love is called life. They are losing their love for life. Hardness creates a disease called dis-ease.
As time goes by they become miserable. Their heart becomes hardened. They start losing their love for life. Even when so many good things may be happening around them, they cannot see it. They have made a groove in life called a rut. For one reason or another they choose not to change. In which case they will for some unknown reason to them start getting sick. They seem to catch more colds frequently than they use to. As time goes by they start noticing more sickness come to them. Eventually they will have a disease.
A person that is very healthy catches a sickness or a disease and they know why. But, they just do not pay attention to the pattern that they have created for themselves.
The human being is a creature on earth just like any other creature on earth. We are all different species in a sea of species on planet earth in 3d 3rd dimension, in the physical realm of earths physical plane of existence.
The element on earth in western mind-set has 4 elements. In the eastern mind-set there are 5 elements. Elements – earth, air, fire, water, metal.
Earth changes in its elements, the human being, but only one species of many must change with each element on earth. For each season, the human being must change with it. To flow with chi a person must go with the flow of the elements. For example – when the element is cold you eat and drink cold food. When the element is hot, you eat and drink hot. Before you change nutrition you must find out your Vedic body type. Cold blooded people need to eat warm or hot foods depending upon if they already have a disease or not. A hot-blooded person needs to eat cold foods. Nutrition is the opposite of chemicals in the elements.
The rut is a closed mind. Change mind-set from closed to open. There is a very big world that many have chosen to keep at a distance, simply because they just do not understand. That is only a perception of fear. To be more afraid of what one does not understand will be very detrimental to one’s health.
Knowledge from one’s own past life time is brought forth in this lifetime, everyone was born this way. This is called karma. Pay attention to the moments in life you may perceive in what you do not like. Those moments in time are the lessons of karmic debt, from a past or present life time.
Pay attention to holistic nutrition. Holistic nutrition is the nutrition you put into your mind, body, emotion, and spirit. The 4 bodies of being make 1 whole being called a human being.
A closed mind is only receiving parts of the nutritional value for the 4 bodies of being. Learn to enjoy every moment in life. Because, life is love and love is life.
Tones are the vibrational vibrations of rhythmic rhythms. The frequencies of tones are the same as a heart monitor for a heart rate. The MHz is the frequencies of tones in high or low. Such as a person with a busy mind cannot relax simply, because the frequency of input of information keeps the mind in high gear.
When listening to meditation music such as music therapy will bring down the vibrations of thoughts into a lower frequency. A busy mind that has never meditated before would be best to use a 175 MHz for relaxation. But, for those that have done meditation for years it is easy to go with a 936 MHz.
The 936 MHz is a very high vibrational frequency for people that their senses are at higher awareness. I prefer still mind meditation, which will then activate DMT naturally. Still mind meditation can be done for hours. The body only follows what the mind tells it to. So naturally people that have too much going on upstairs cannot meditate with music meditation at higher frequencies of MHz. Studies show that plants and babies that listen to music meditation have a much calmer demeanor. The tones are what activate the nerves within the human body.
When you can learn with much years of practice to listen to the frequency of MHz within music it will calm nerves. I listen to music meditation when I paint. Which; then puts me in a zone (meditation), so that the world does not exist; just for a little while. When I do finish a painting it does look like a rainbow, especially when using neon colors.
When I do listen to music meditation, I try to mix it up. I listen to Tibet Singing bowls, 936 MHz of meditation music, or psychedelic music. I do not listen to any music that has vocals, because then the meditation stops. I prefer just the music alone.
Next year on the agenda I will be making a music meditation cd. It will be a combo of hypnotherapy with color therapy combined with background of nature. It will be a side project for practice, for the music I need to make for the children’s pop-up book I am working on. Also, in the works, my mother has Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease, I told her I would make her a singing cookbook. Basically, it will be a jingle of herbs for health to add to her food. Such as, parsley is good for heart burn. So I had parsley to just about everything I cook and bake. This way she won’t lose the pieces of paper or forget where she put it. It will be online for easy access for her. I love my momma!!!
This year is hard-core art (fractal animals), next year – hard-core training, writing, and music. Hard core training is straight up 600 crunches and jogging the bleachers 25 times plus work out at the gym, yep all in the same day, no big whoop!! Living life to the fullest, I love life 🙂
I am working on immortality. I take daily – Vitamin D3 2000 IU, Paba 1000 mg, Vitamin C 4500mg, Super B Complex, Calcium 1800 mg, Vitamin E 2000 IU, glucosamine Chondroitin, and Multivitamin/Multimineral Supplement Women 50 +
Since I have thyroid disease, I am finding that something is still not right, I feel it. According to the list (link above) I need to add somethings to my supplements.
I need to bump up Selenium, Zinc, Fish oil, and beta Carotene. Never took Boswella or grape seed extract, but I will now.
When I am vegan and take the correct supplements I’m in my game & can bat a 1000 a day. Thyroid disease is an every day awareness. So I try different things but slowly, every thing in moderation and simplification. On down days I do my research and find out what might be missing.
So now I have a new list for my daily supplements. It goes hand in hand with daily meditation.
Every day holds possibilities for changes in all realms of life.
I am Vegan. Have been for many years. Below is a sample of foods. Vegan comes from Vedic which is Hindu. Vegan is a lifestyle, not just the food you eat. Lifestyles stimulate from thoughts. Thoughts produce energy. Which produces action. Actions speak louder than words. Food is only a small portion that coincides with nutrition. Holistic nutrition is the nutrition that self (a person) puts into the mind/body/emotion.
It is more than what you consume in nutrition. It is how you consume nutrition. It is being mindful that something has given its life for you in order for you to consume it. To fill yourself with food is simply to fill the vehicle, the vessel we call a human body. Is what all humans are programmed from the beginning of life on earth, 3D third dimension to believe.
To live on the surface level of life is to be superficial. To be superficial is to live without depths. The depth of self brings self into a high consciousness.
Keep in mind that you are one energy. The person that wraps the food that you buy at the store is one energy. The person that kills the food that you eat is another energy. That animal that gave its life – the emotional state it was in when it died, that is another energy. Also, if someone else prepares your food for you, that is another energy. Combined all those energies and put them on the plate that you are about to eat, called food. That food contains more energy which you can not see with the human eye. However, your higher senses within your higher consciousness is aware of all that energy. The human is the only one that is unaware of all that energy.
The soul is the teacher to the spirit that is the student. The spirit is the teacher to the human that is the student. Your spirit speaks to you constantly, it is only if you pay attention will you know, before you eat anything, if is what you were meant to eat for substance or for ego. The choice is yours and yours alone. You are the only one that can decide with what you fill your vessel with. The body is sacred, be good to it and it will be good to you.
In 4 1/2 months I lost 41 lbs by being vegan and cleansing. Then basic workouts at home. While jogging laps on the bleacher. Last one was 26 laps. It is being persist, determination, and to be a better person then I was the day before.
It is basic common sense you must eat right and workout, they go hand in hand. One without the other will only give you 1/2 of what you want.
I shop where it is convenient and economical for me. I shop the local farmers market, cause they have great bargains. Also, the 99 cent stores have fresh produce that comes in every week. Sprouts has the nut mix I like contains – almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds, raisins, cran-raisins, and cashews mixed in the bin, plus I get the walnuts separate. Mix the all the nuts together. I eat 5 ounces of nuts everyday. All the veggies I buy in bulk and use the food processor to chop it up then put in freezer bags and pop it in the freezer. Shop 1 time a month only because there is way too many other things to do in life than live at the store.
Vegan is a lifestyle just like any other lifestyle and you have to learn how to have fun doing it. I make my own vegan won-tons and vegan lumpia simply because I like finger foods. I’m always on the go with 2 jobs, working out, and constantly researching for my 3rd book. I am constantly making new receipts so that I can have fun with my food. I use coconut oil when I cook or bake.
When first starting any nutritional plan the tools you will need. Food scale, food processor, small chopper, and a blender. I have a Mr. juicer, but I like easy clean up, so I just use my blender.
Keeping a journal is very important of what you eat. For the first month or two just write everything down. It’s kind of like money is like water unless you balance your check book. Same concept when it comes to food. You will never really realize how much food you consume unless you make a list.
I’m not really into at this point in time worried about calories and such, because I have been researching & building my own nutritional plan for 30 years. When the time is write I will have all that information in my next book. For now I’m training to be a vegan body builder belly dancer. I did aerobics for years. But after awhile when you don’t change it up the routine it gets boring. I find that belly dancing is a fun exercise. Since I am a landscaper (gang mower – 11 blades and 4 wheel drive) is a lot of physical labor working with heavy equipment and enjoy my job very much. It is free exercise. Actually I love my job. Learn to love your hates and you will receive more of the loves you want. It is the freedom is loving what you do will bring you much joy in life.

Vegan is no animal by products what so ever. When I cook beans, I cook about 15 to 20 different types of beans in one pot. Add 1/4 cup mix of wheatgerm and golden flax seed. Add 1/8 cup of apple cider vinegar. Add sesame and chi seeds.
I’m still trying to figure out how to post the list of vegan foods. When time permits I will.
Everyday is an adventure and loving life is an experience in order to create love. I love being single. I have learned to love all the experiences that have crossed my path whether good or bad, because it simply is an experience to grow from. Well I signed up for the gym today. Time to start toning and building up.
Now size 5 jeans. Looking forward to being a size 4.
Waking up everyday at 4 am to the radio station 107 the pulse. They play electronic and house mix. I sleep with ear plugs, because I am a light sleeper. But when that music goes off it just puts me in the mood to start working out and dancing. I turn on the lights and grab my yoga mat and just start working out to the beat. Before you know it an hour has just slipped by, life is good. I work out 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours before work. Put in an 8 hour a day job then go home work out another hour, hit the shower & eat then cook, write, read and research till bed. I got rid of 95% of material possessions about 5 years ago and yep that includes the tv. There is way too much life to live then sitting in front of a box. When I am 90 years old I will say I did this and that instead of saying I wished I would have done this or that.
