Last weekend I thought I was very sick. I thought I got food poisoning. But it turns out I am discovering that I have histamine intolerance.
For the past 2 months I am making a list of vegan foods that have low histamine.
Over 3.5 years plus 12 different doctors, specialist like tmj, dentist, 20 xrays, 3 mri and next week scheduled for a ct scan, none can help me. I even had 6 teeth pulled to release the pressure.
As usually I have to figure out what’s going on. I have not met one doctor that even suggested trying low histamine diet.
Hopefully, after making my list of foods and sticking to it, I am on my way to getting rid of the pain.
There are over 900 foods that contain histamine. As with any sickness, it takes time to get sick and it takes time to heal.
